The Articles of Incorporation for the PCC POA require one General Membership Meeting for election of Officers and Directors to be held each year on the first Wednesday in December. State Law mandates a meeting for nominations 60 days prior to the elections held in December. The Board has the option of scheduling other General Membership Meetings throughout the year in order to help keep the members informed. The Board sets the specific dates and times at the organizational meeting held each year in January.
