As mandated in the POA's By-Laws, the Board of Directors meets once each month unless there is no unfinished or new business. Issues regarding the functioning of the POA are discussed and acted upon as necessary. An agenda is usually prepared by the Friday before the meeting and is available to all members for review. All members are invited to attend the meetings of the Board of Directors.
Board Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. in the POA Activity Center. The specific dates and times are set at the organizational meeting held in January. The meeting Schedule is as follows:
