While the Prescott Country Club Property Owners Association (PCC-POA) is very interested in improving PCC and believes that the so-named ‘Beautification Committee’ may have excellent ideas, the PCC-POA does not authorize, condone, approve, consent to, or otherwise affirm the discussions related to or the actions taken by the Beautification Committee. The Beautification Committee and its associated social media, email, letters, publications, web pages, etc. are the sole, private representation of Amy Bentley and other Beautification Committee members and participants. Any ideas brought forth through the Beautification Committee have no binding affect or representation on the PCC-POA unless they are first discussed and approved by the PCC Board of Directors and/or by the PCC Membership through the procedures set forth in the CC&Rs and By-Laws.
