Committee Reports: ● Architectural – Three permits were approved: 1 fence, 1 patio cover and 1 new house. ● Budget/Finance – Jennifer reported $123,619 in Operating Fund Checking, $46,403 in Reserve Fund Checking and $50,074 in the Reserve Fund CD. She noted the Reserve Fund Checking and Reserve Fund CD are the newly created accounts from last month. Chris suggested opening an Operating Savings Account with 0.02% interest rate. Tabled. ● Building & Common Areas – On February 26, A&R Septic completed the septic system repair: cost was $1,500, A Jacobs Utility Truck has been flushing the fire hydrant system in the Country Club. The new system runs water through a hose and filter and returns the water to the system with no wasted water. Cintas inspected fire extinguishers, exit and emergency lights February 27. Two extinguishers need to be replaced. Jonny’s Landscaping, has been working on the office weeds and leaves; also monitoring shrubs and trees per their seasonal growth. The Turquoise median was cleaned. John Ferbend will be working with Jonny’s to get an estimate to install driveway rock over the septic repair area and other areas in the gravel parking lot. ● Enforcement/Safety – PJ reported 17 property violations for election signs, dead tree trunks, broken windows, debris, and weeds. Photos are added to citations and properties are monitored for cleanup. ● Common Area Enhancement - PJ inquired about some possible enhancements to the Prescott Country Club Park. It was mentioned that there is and irrigation system for possible future addition of more trees. ● Community Events/Relations– Jennifer reported the “Fall Festival” at Prescott Country Club Park is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, October 11. Activities may include food, play equipment, pumpkin carving, and perhaps a band. The annual Food Drive, Light Parade and Tree Lighting is being scheduled for Thursday, December 4. It was noted this is not a POA sponsored event. ● Elections Committee - No Report
